No-Kill St. Clair County 2021
The greatness of a nation can be judged by the way its animals are treated.

Help For Homeless Pets
A group formed by St. Clair County, Illinois residents for St. Clair County residents who share a passion for important animal issues and true change at Animal Control.
After three long years of hoping to invoke positive change for the animals at St. Clair County Animal Control, we are standing on the doorstep of the change we have been hoping for!  These are truly exciting times and we couldn't be happier about all that is yet to come!

On 28 Nov 2016. the Animal Services Committee voted unanimously to pass a no-kill resolution for St. Clair County!  The resolution went before the County Board on 19 Dec 2016 and passed unanimously!
We have been tasked with developing the plan to realize no-kill by 31 Dec 2021.  We have a lot of work ahead of us...but we're up to the task and pretty excited about it! Thanks to experienced outside agencies for helping us to get to this point...and for providing the framework that will get us to no-kill!
Join us in our effort to be the voice for the voiceless.  It takes a village...and we are that village.  We will not stop until we can 'save them all'!
